All users are responsible for the content they publish on the site. UWORK has no responsibility for content found on user profiles, job ads, and company pages.

By submitting material on UWORK, you give UWORK the right to present your material to potential employers and users of UWORK. We may share your information on social networks like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. UWORK can further make changes to and edit the material received if necessary to comply with “terms of use”. Users of uwork.no may not submit material owned by a third party unless you have sufficient rights to use this material. If it is necessary to clear the rights to material that you submit, you are obligated to make UWORK explicitly aware of this. If this is not done, the individual submitting the material holds the responsibility for any financial loss UWORK may suffer as a result of lack of rights.
